Why was my credit card declined?
Your credit card may have been declined due to insufficient funds, or maybe the card has expired. An incorrect CCV number can also prevent a transaction. Also, make sure your card is not a diners or American express card as these cards are not accepted.

Yes, as an Australian online company all our products’ prices include GST except for those products that are GST free. Products that are GST free are clearly noted.

If I have a warranty/guarantee claim and need to return my item, who pays for the postage cost?
Should the item be faulty within the warranty/guarantee period, we will always cover the cost of return. We recommend taking transit insurance on your return postage, as items in transit are your responsibility until received back at our warehouse.
